Lilla Rose is a hair jewelry company that I’m now a part of. Not only have they solved my headache problems from all the Bobby pins and twisty pins I USED to use but now my hair is always pretty, even with a hairstyle as simple as a ponytail.
Two weeks before I joined I was gifted two Flexi-Clips, a medium and a large. Literally, and I do mean LITERALLY, I haven’t used a Bobby pin or twisty pin since!
Not only do I love the advantage of no more tension headaches but I love the options I now have in hairstyles. I tend to style my hair in the same styles repeatably. Now I have more options and they are so fast and easy! I’ve included some videos to show you what I mean but I truly can style my hair in less than a minute!
As someone who has never joined a direct sales company before I really had no idea how any of the company structure worked. It’s truly been a pleasant learning experience. Due to all the support and training the company provides, I have learned so much! There are Facebook groups, online training, book clubs, YouTube videos, and tons of training videos in my back office.
Something else I learned after I joined, is there isn’t very many in the company. It’s still fairly new leaving lots of room for me to grow my team as most people have never even heard of Lilla Rose. Sometimes that is a struggle because you basically educate everyone you talk to about it. However, once they try on a Flexi-Clip they are almost always sold, literally. <3
What do they sell?
Their most popular selling item is their patented Flexi-Clip. Made from music wire, they are virtually indestructible! They bend and flex around your hair and hold it in place right where you put it. With the number of styles available there is always one that matches your personality and clothing!
They offer many different styles and colors of hair sticks, from simple wood to ones with elaborate beads of many colors. My 17-year-old wears one every day!
Their bobbies are so strong!! They have beautiful complimentary styles to the Flexi’s and stay exactly where you put them.
The hairbands are very feminine and don’t hurt you behind your ears. Most are made from beads and can even be joined up with up to two other hair bands to create a unique look. The elastic band is matched to your hair color (blonde, brunette, or black) and comes in two different lengths to help fit your head better. To join up to three bands you just clip them to the single elastic band, making one final headband.
These are very similar to the Flexi-Clips. However, instead of being made from music wire they are made from leather. They also don’t have an attached stick. Instead, you purchase the stick of your choice to complete the look you’re looking for. 🙂
Their badge holders are made from some of the same beaded patterns as their Flexi’s. Very feminine and attractive, these guys don’t twist! The ones I’ve used in the past always twisted my badge backward. There was never anything I could do to keep my badge right. However, I’ve never had any problems with my Lilla Rose badge holder! And, they’re pretty!! Added bonus. 😀
This product is very similar to the Flexi-Clip in looks. It is mainly used as a ponytail holder or for a half-up ponytail. There are a few styles available (again, complimentary to their Flexi styles) and just wrap around your ponytail with a small hook to secure it.
One Year Warranty
They also hold a one year warranty against breaking. If your product was to break you can email the company. They will pay the shipping for you to ship it back to them (include your receipt) and replace it, free of charge. What other company does that? Usually, you get to pay the shipping!! But, not with Lilla Rose! <3
Ways to make $ with Lilla Rose
Are you interested in learning more about selling Lilla Rose? I’d love to talk to you! You can email me at [email protected] You can also look on my Lilla Rose website to learn more about becoming one. It has been so easy to sell!
I have sold many to my friends (even had some join up under me!) but most have been through small local bazaars. I also do an occasional home party (my favorite as they are so personal) and have been increasing my Facebook parties as well. Once someone tries them on they really sell themselves.
What does it cost to join?
To join it costs $89. You receive all the business items you need to get started (business cards, style boutique brochures, opportunity brochures, catalogs, tabletop banner, order forms, and more!) and a sample of each of their different hair accessories, 20 of them! The kit has a value of over $300!! You also get a website, free of charge.
As an added bonus they sell a Fast Start kit that you can add on for $500. I highly recommend this as it gives you instant inventory at a HUGE discount. This is what I did to get started and it helped immensely! My customers were able to try on the accessories they liked and then purchase them immediately. It drastically increased my sales.
To stay with Lilla Rose they only require that you make a sale/purchase of $42 a year. A YEAR!! How hard is that??
They also have Stylist Incentives they offer their stylists to help them make their sales. For example, just last month (September 2017) their incentive was a beautiful set of various hair accessories valued at $160! I made sure I qualified for it as purple is one of my favorite colors. It really didn’t take much either. I held one small home party and set up a booth at a small town harvest festival that was only five hours long. I made the incentive requirements times two.
Not only did they ship me my incentive but they included some extra business materials they didn’t advertise as part of the kit and they shipped it in a beautiful gold foil envelope! It was so nice to receive and open! 🙂
